Israel vs. Gaza: What does this tell us?

If you have been following the international news lately, you will see that tensions are rising between Israel and Gaza. They are firing rockets at each other and thanks to the Iron Dome system of Israel, the Israeli people are being protected from the hundreds of rockets fired by Gaza.

But still the news and other media seem to only report one side of the story. To many people out there, Israel seems to be the mean one, attacking Gaza mercilessly. This is not true. Israel has the right to defend itself after Hamas has fired so many rockets into Israel. The reason innocent children and women are becoming victims in Gaza is because Hamas is using them – their own people – as shields from the bombs of Israel. They are putting their own innocent civilians in the path of danger and then blaming Israel. Yet Israel uses their technology and rockets to protect their people.

Israel, like I said earlier, is the apple of God’s eye. As Christians we must respect that and pray for Israel !!!! All these signs are only indicators that the coming of Jesus Christ is imminent. It can happen at any time, any day. There is no going back from all this chaos.

Look around you. Chaos has started to happen globally. Wars and rumors of wars. Kingdom against kingdom.

The degree of peace is going down everywhere. Please, my dear fellow Christians of the world, pray for our brethren suffering in other countries and also pray for Israel.

Pray and prepare yourselves for the coming of Christ!

Israel UNDER ATTACK??? Nation of God, we are with you.

Dearest readers today with much sorrow shall I say that Israel is being attacked by the terrorist groups Hamas which has already fired 72 rockets from the Gaza strip in one day!!!

That’s right – 72!!!

The people of Israel are under fear and as many as 400,000 people have already moved out from their homes and into bomb shelters for protection!

This is a horrifying scenario for anyone living in that region right now!! The extremist group of Hamas has gone wild, and yet the Israeli government is not going to back down. They have already launched several attacks in the Gaza area, some of which has caused destruction of several homes in that area and a few deaths.

But hey it is all part of their mission to protect the people of Israel.

“2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.

3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.” (Psalms 83)

People, the scripture is coming true!!!! The word of the Lord is coming true day by day and this signifies the rapid approach of the end!!

Israel, oh Israel, you are the dear nation of God!!!

“For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.” (Zacchariah 2:8)

Let the nations tremble for Israel is the apple of God’s eye, and as long as God loves Israel they will never be defeated!

Christian brethren, let us all join hands in prayer for the nation of Israel!

Break the boundaries of denomination, language, race and nationality and join your hearts in united prayer for Israel!!!!!!!

Hallelujah, Israel, our prayers are with you and God’s power is with you.

Keep faith and know that the Lord loves you!

Persecution of our Brethren

My heart is heavily burdened this morning thinking of all the persecution faced by our Christian brothers and sisters around the world today. No one is there to see their tears or hear their cries. They suffer the worst of all cruelties for ONE very simple reason: they will not deny Jesus Christ.

As fellow Christians we must be praying for these people in different countries, risking all that they have just to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. I feel worthless compared to them india1when I see how brave they are to endure all this persecution and hurt and torture!!!

John 15:18 says:
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.”

Jesus Christ was hated even more when He walked upon this earth. Today I hear the arrogant arguments of people around the globe who do not believe in the existence of God, and I have come in contact with quite a few such “Atheists” and as sad as this is, their ignorance for the truth is amazing.

It surprises me just how much hate this world can have towards Christians – we are a peaceful people, seeking nothing but to spread the truth and to show people the way to salvation in a most peaceful manner. And yet, we are the most persecuted.

Even the young children such as this boy are willing to die for their love of Jesus Christ

While we think that the very fact that no one will listen to our teachings or our efforts to change someone’s mind and bring them to God is terrible, the worst level of this persecution can be witnessed if you simply do a quick google search for “christian persecution” – the images are horrendous and most revolting. Tears are flowing down my eyes as I write this after having witnessed the amount of pain our own brothers and sisters have to go through every day in other parts of the world.

And although naturally our hearts tend to feel hatred towards the enemy, we must always remember that our enemy is not of flesh or blood. Our enemy is in the spiritual realm.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

The devil – the fallen one is our biggest enemy and we must learn to recognize that no matter how cruel others are to us, the reason they act this way is because of the spirit of evil that makes them do so. Jesus Christ, dying on the cross, said the following:

“Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” (Luke 23:34)

We must follow our Master’s footsteps and forgive the humans which the devil uses to carry out such evil against us, now matter how big or small. They are blind and are doing this from the utter influence of the evil spirit. We must learn to forgive them and pray for them regardless of how they may treat us. I know it is hard but it is by our LOVE that we show the world who we are.

We are Christians, and we are the children of light, the children of peace, and the children of love. No other group exists which is willing to endure all this hatred and hurt and still love the people who do so.

While the leaders of the world keep ringing on in their speeches to stand up for your cause, to rebel against the oppressors, to make your voice be heard, to respond instead of being quiet, look what our leader said:

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;” (Matthew 5:44)

THIS, dear world, is how my Jesus Christ is different from all other people who were, is, and will be to come. Our Messiah teaches peace and love, and so will we practice peace unto the world, loving each and every one of you until the end.

Peace be with you.
