When will you be satisfied?

We are too occupied following our worldly goals, reaching out for what we believe is the best for us.

Whether this be an education, a promotion at work, or even money itself – we are always chasing after what will make us comfortable. And the worst part is, we are never satisfied.

You study to get a job. Once you get that job,  you are rushing for better positions within that company. Once you reach your work goals, now you’re running after your house, a new car, a new spouse, etc. Once you reach that, you are running after securing a better future for your children/family, or perhaps a better retirement. Once you reach that, what else do you have to live for? Will you feel like you have no further purpose and let yourself slowly die away?

When you look back at the end, will you be truly happy for what you have spent your whole life doing? Will you look back and think that all those endless days and nights of hard work were worth it? Was it worth it to work hard just to reach your next job where you kept working harder, for your own self? Was it worth it to spend your whole life struggling in this vicious cycle just so you could “enjoy” a comfortable life, only to realize that you were never really able to truly enjoy it?

Let me tell you, no worldly dream will ever satisfy you the way you think it will. Once you reach each of these goals, you will find out that your human heart keeps desiring more and more, and that nothing you can do will ever truly satisfy you.

However, there is one thing that can satisfy you even when you have reached nowhere in life – that is God. I learned this the hard way!

Not too long ago, I was once caught up planning a big future for myself. I thought of all the endless possibilities, and started motivating myself to work hard with these goals in mind. But soon enough, I felt empty. When I felt tired, I had nothing to tell myself that would keep me going. In such moments, you realize how much you need God in your life, and how important it is to find rest in Him when you can.

If you keep worldly things as your only aim, like money, fame, a better life, etc., you will soon run out of fuel and motivation, and you will drift away from God. You will never feel accomplished. However, once you realize that living for a bigger purpose than yourself is more important, then life starts having new meaning.

Living with the purpose of serving God, remembering that you are put on earth for the purpose of uplifting other people’s lives at any cost, and knowing that you are moving forward with the aim of changing the world one heart at a time – this, my friends, is what Christian life is all about – spreading the love and light of Jesus Christ, and living selflessly. Trying to change lives for the better so they can see the power of Jesus work miracles in their lives.

God tells us to stop worrying about our worldly problems, and start worrying about our spiritual life more:

“Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?”

He then mentions that “your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.”

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33)

It is very important to remain faithful to God and take time to actively pursue His presence. If you incorporate your spiritual goals into your daily life, then life will become this harmonious ambition to shine for God, and then you will feel His presence along every step of the way, in everything you do.

No comfort, no human relationship, no riches and no fame can come even close to the satisfaction that can fill your heart when you start living for Him, when you make Him an inseparable part of your life.

Love God, and love your neighbors more than yourself. Be that person in this selfish world filled with greedy people working themselves to death for their own material gains.

Be the different one.

God bless you all!

Spotting the devil’s lies

The devil is one cunning, sly thing. I can’t express how deceitful he is. His influence upon this world is quite significant, and yet he tries to hide his identity and make it seem like this world is meant to be the way it is right now. Opening your eyes to this truth, recognizing that he is the cause for all the evil in this world and why so many people are bedd3bfd39faabfa54fdb183fd1e64b6going astray, will make you a bigger enemy to him. He will do all he can to stop your progress.

He has blinded the eyes of so many people to the truth of the gospel. He works in both realms – among the people of the world as well as the Christian churches – and tries his best to take people’s focus away from what is important.

Many Christian churches today, I must sadly say, are under the influence of false ideologies that the devil has planted in their leaders’ minds. So many of the shepherds are now just wolves deceived by the great wolf himself. You would think that the Bible would be held up high as the ultimate authority in churches, and the final word in all decisions about right and wrong. Well, no.

Today there are too many “feel good” churches where your inner feelings are held higher than the powerful word of God. Anyone can say anything that their “spirit” is urging them about, and it is taken as the truth. Instead, God’s word tells us to test the spirits:

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1)

We are told to test the spirit and see whether they are from God himself. I have heard far too many false doctrines in churches, and I am getting tired of it by the day.

Here is one example that bothers me the most:

Too many churches preach the “prosperity gospel” – they teach people that if you follow Jesus Christ, He will give you all the riches you will ever need, He will give you a better job, a better car, a better house, etc. One time I had to walk out of a church in the middle of the service because the preacher would not stop shouting about this and he kept making people “claim” these blessings and much more.

Exactly where in the Bible does it say that following Christ will lead to you becoming a millionaire? Actually, if you have actually read the Bible, you will know for sure the story of the wealthy man who wanted to follow Christ.

This man came to Jesus, asked Him “Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” (Matthew 19:16) Jesus told him to obey all commandments. When the man said he was “perfect” in keeping all those commandments, Jesus said:

“If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.” (Matthew 19: 21)

jesus-rich-young-man-1113389-galleryJesus told him to SELL whatever he had and give it away to the poor. Jesus did not congratulate him on all his wealth and say “well, you’re going to get many more riches, just follow me”… NO!!! He has told us over and over again that the riches of the earth are not meant for us, but it can only prevent us from entering heaven.

Go back to that verse – Jesus said that if he sold all his possessions and gave it to the poor, “and thou shalt have treasure in heaven” – he would have riches in heaven. That is what Jesus tells us to focus on – not on the worldly possessions and riches, but our riches in heaven that can only be gained by showing kindness to others.

Look at what He says later on:

“And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.” (Matthew 19:24)

Jesus tells us that it is basically impossible for a rich man to enter heaven.

Now, here is another blasphemy I once heard at another church: (I have tried going to several churches, visiting, trying to see if I can agree with any of their ways)

I heard the pastor of this church say, “my dear brothers and sisters, when Jesus said “it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle”, He was NOT talking about the actual eye of a needle. He was talking about one of the gates of heaven, and the name of that gate is “eye of the needle””

You can guess what happened after I heard that – we just left that service. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry because of the ridiculousness of this claim – WHY should they twist the scripture like this?????

My dear God, have mercy upon the churches today!!! There needs to be a change, an awakening.

People need to start reading their Bibles for what it really is, STOP twisting the scripture to comfort yourself, and recognize it when the devil is trying to implant a false doctrine in your system or your community.

The devil is cunning, like I said before. He will do anything he can in his power to take our minds the wrong direction, make us follow the wrong path, and move away from God. Thise790957fecf89eac9f9790ec769abfd9 is a constant war between us. Don’t let yourselves fall for his lies!!! The doctrines he shares will sound so comforting, so beautiful, and will make you feel good about your sin.

The actual gospel is like a two-edged sword, and should work within your heart to bring out all the filth and sin and make you cleanse it all out – this is not the “feel-good” gospel but the TRUE word of God.

More on this next week!

Until then, Jesus save us!!!

Staying true to your identity

In today’s world where everyone is trying to “fit in” and find a “place where they belong”, it’s really hard for someone to stand out or set themselves apart, and when they do, they are often seen as the “insane” ones. Well, today I want to talk about why we must not be afraid to be apart from the norm in this world.

I’ve seen many Christians and pastors like this trying to desperately get the wrong kind of attention, trying to show the world that they are no different than the rest. I think some Christians even believe that trying to “relate” to the world will give them some kind of golden opportunity to share the gospel, by showing the world that Christians are just like the others. This, my friends, is a blasphemous lie.

(Here is the link to an article I recently read online. This is about a pastor who thought he could “win more souls” by riding a bull inside his church!! That’s right, he thinks he is doing gospel work by bringing in a bull and putting on a show for the world!! How sad.

http://www.christianpost.com/news/ohio-cowboy-pastor-rides-bull-during-service-inside-sanctuary-says-hes-using-gifts-to-attract-new-believers-139363/ )

A true Christian is NOTHING like the world around them!! A true Christian will never be able to live like the others in the world, because they are called to be apart from it!

“But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:” (1 Peter 2:9)

butterfly-release-291x380We are a chosen generation!! We are not supposed to be like the others, but by being different in the way we act, the way we speak, the way we show kindness, the way we stand up for the truth, and most importantly, the way we love and serve God with all our hearts – by being different like this, we are supposed to show the world how brilliant the light of Jesus Christ is that can transform people!!!

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:2)

All you need to do is show the world that there is something fundamentally different about you, and later on they will realize that you are a child of God, and hopefully recognize and praise Him for it.

So how can we know what to do and what not to do? First of all, if you are saved already, you must have a voice inside convicting you of every action you do against the will of God. The Bible sets very clear guidelines about what angers the Lord, or what goes against His will.

Realize your identity in Christ, and live up to it. Think about it – Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and mine, He gave up everything He had, and until the last breath, He christ-crucified1only had mercy to show to those that were torturing Him. He prayed that they be forgiven, He decided to suffer the worst and die with no ounce of regret or revenge in His heart.

That, to me, is the purest form of love. He was able to endure it all because He loved us that much!!! His love was true, pure, and sacrificial. That is the kind of overwhelming love that we must have in our hearts if we choose to follow Jesus. Actually, once Jesus enters our lives, once we fully become a living temple for His work, we will find ourselves wrapped in that love, wanting to share it with everyone around us. Love the people of the world much more than yourself, putting their needs above your own, and being a servant first.

This humility of Jesus Christ is an essential part of being a Christian, and sadly, nowadays, it is hard to see people who truly follow this principle. Lots of Christians today do not have the time to care for others. Some people live for themselves, going to work, coming home, planning their retirement, etc. without even thinking about where they can include their Godly purpose in this schedule. They are too busy to worry about being a good Christian.

Instead, they just show up to church once in a week, sing some worship songs, sleep through the sermon, and go home. They think that makes up for everything!!

I am telling you right now, my dearest readers, you must stop being lazy about your calling!! Embody the love of Christ, and the truth of His gospel in every step of every single day. Remember Him in everything you do. Praise Him for everything good in life, and ask for His help and guidance in bad situations.

Extreme tolerance is NOT love

In today’s society filled with people who are constantly “offended” by anything and everything, it is hard for a person to have a single opinion and not be called a “hater” or “bigot” or “INTOLERANT”.

First and foremost in that group of “intolerant” people, are Christians. (Well, TRUE Christians of course). We believe that God created the earth and all living beings in it, so we are labeled “fools” and haters of atheists. We believe that gay marriage goes against Gay-Marriage
God’s natural laws, and therefore an abomination to Him, so we are labeled “haters” and “discriminators”, and “intolerant”. We believe that sin is awful and takes people to hell, so we preach against it, and so we are called “haters” and “intolerant”.

“HATERS”….. “INTOLERANT”….

Because of all this, an alarming number of Christians, pastors, churches, are all starting to “TOLERATE” sin. They are beginning to “SHOW ACCEPTANCE for all kinds of people” by inviting gay, atheist, abortionist, adulterous people to live as they like.

We are beginning to hear about churches that are actually performing gay marriages; about preachers who are saying “Jesus is not really the ONLY way to heaven”, famous “Christian” leaders of the world saying that every religion in the world leads to heaven, all of which are blasphemous lies.

Could it be that Christians are afraid of taking a stand for their faith because of how society deals with such people? Is this fear causing them to forcibly “accept” sins that the world is trying to normalize?

I know there are plenty of “Christian” people out there that will justify this, saying that we must “understand the world in order to help it” or “be tolerant of the world to get them into the church”, that we must “love and accept people for who they are” so they can “like” the church and Christianity, because it doesn’t go against anything they like to do.

Well, here’s something to ponder: Extreme tolerance is NOT love.

By “tolerating” people’s sin and telling them they can “be whoever they want to be” in church, you are NOT loving them, but instead watching as they pave their own one-way path to hell. This, to me, is one of the greatest forms of hatred. At least tell people they must try to change if they are actively coming to your church instead of endorsing their sin.

Christianity is not supposed to, nor is it designed to impress everyone in the world. In fact, Jesus Christ says the exact opposite:

“Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.” (Luke 6:22)

We are not of this world, and therefore the majority of the worldly people will NOT like us. They will never be able to accept us without thinking of us as fools, and that is okay. But if a church or Christian decides to say “well, I think sin is okay” through their actions and words, JUST to gain the acceptance of the world, then they will gain that acceptance.

But let me tell you something you will LOSE. The acceptance of God. You can’t have both for too long before you are forced to choose one or the other. Of course we live in this world, but sticking to our true beliefs requires us to get rid of all sin and all abomination, even if the world around us says “it’s normal”.

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matthew 7:23)

The above verse is more than enough proof that not every single “Christian” or “church” is approved by God. Some among us, no, a large amount of those among us are faking it. Others are giving into the lies of the devil and trying to be accepted and loved by the world.

If you do not want to hear those heart-shattering words “I never knew you: depart from me”, at the end of your life, then I would suggest you start seeking to please the living God of the heavens instead of accepting sin.

Will YOU take up this challenge?

There are so many things that happen on a day-to-day basis in our lives that have impacts on us. Some bring about positive changes while others have a rather negative impact. Some events give us hope and comfort while other events in our lives make us weep and leave us wondering why this happened to us.

Ever since I can remember, me and my family – we have always been on this constant climb trying to overcome hardships and obstacles in life. Things happen, sometimes one right after  the other, that have the power to make any person feel hopeless. But even in the midst of the worst darkness, I have been taught to be happy.

As you may know, young children are quite naive and their thoughts are pure and straightforward. It was when I was in such a very young, naive age that I came across the story of Job, of how he kept looking to God even though he lost basically EVERYTHING a man can lose – his friends, family, health, wealth, everything! And that story changed my outlook about life.

Now, when bad things happen that scare me to death, my heart is set to go to its default option: “faith”. Sure, when something terrifying happens I get scared and panic at first. But it’s only momentary. There is a sense of peace that overcomes all fear that nothing in the world can offer. It is there with you no matter where you are, no matter what happens to you.

The biggest challenge is letting go in the face of fear. This means letting go of your thoughts and anxieties about what might happen, but it also means that you have to let go of your own expectations of the future. In our mind, we may have an idea of what the perfect future is like, but that may not always be God’s plan.

True happiness comes about when we learn to accept each and every thing happening in our life as it comes. It’s about letting good things AND bad things happen, with the ultimate faith that in the end, God’s will is what is happening. He knows best. The secret to true happiness is accepting God’s will in your life with all the courage you can muster, and this is also the ultimate test of your faith.

I was inspired to write this post because of a recent incident that quite shook me and my family: a really bad car accident. It completely destroyed our car, but my dad who was involved in it, escaped with minor pains and bruises, thanks to the miraculous power of God. While the doors of the car got jammed, somehow my dad’s door got unlocked even though the hit was right to the side of it. There had been a fire starting inside the car, but it went away on its own. Or, may I say, God intervened.

However minor it may seem to the world, I cannot help but accept that God is working miracles even in the smallest ways in our lives every day. The fact that we live to take a breath every morning is in itself a miracle, in my eyes at least. With this I would like to thank the Lord for His everlasting mercy and also I would like to ask YOU to take up this challenge.

Next time you have to face a situation of fear, of worry, of pain, where you lose or are on the verge of losing everything you have, will YOU step up to the challenge and be happy? Will you let go of your fears?

Will you rejoice in the Lord?

It may be hard, but trust me, it’s worth it.

God bless you all.

With deep love,

Stenila Simon

Why do you worry?

Worrying is a painful thing to do, and yet we as humans are experts at worrying, are we not? We worry constantly! We worry about our future, our relationships, our children, our families, our money, our jobs, our health issues, about life itself!!

And yet there is no real reason to worry! All of the above things have one thing in common: the things we worry about are the things that sustain our lives here on earth. Think about each of the things I mentioned before – these are all necessities to live on this earth, and so we worry about them.

But have you ever seen a person worrying about their spiritual lives? About the things that they need to sustain themselves spiritually? Does anyone run around saying things like , “Oh my goodness, I forgot to read the Bible today!” or “I didn’t get time to pray today, what am I going to do!?” or maybe “Oh gosh I saw a sinner and I let him go without talking to him about Christ!” ?

I think not. These are spiritual necessities, and we tend to not worry about such things.

I think it is time to change things around. I want to improve as a Christian myself as well. I want my mind to be worrying about spiritual things all the time instead of worldly things.

Regarding our worldly needs, here is what the Bible says:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33)

You know I love this verse, because I have experienced it a few times myself, even if in small ways. One time I was doing some last minute studying for a terrible history test, when my friend messaged me asking about some spiritual things. I was hesitant about it but then I remembered this verse and spent that night talking to my friend about God. My human brain said I would fail that test due to a complete lack of time to study! And yet I came out with an A for that test! I know this is a tiny instance but I consider every small thing a generous gift from God, and I can’t say how many times this verse has proven to be true in my life.

God doesn’t lie. If He says He’ll take care of something for you, He MEANS IT!

All you need to do is trust His word. If you sacrifice something for His sake, He’ll make sure you are rewarded for that. That’s how awesome our God is!

Have you also noticed that THROUGHOUT the Bible is a vast amount of verses that say one thing: “FEAR NOT”!

“Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield” (Genesis 15:1)

“fear not, for I am with thee” (Genesis 26:24)

“fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee” (Deuteronomy 31:6)

“fear not: have not I commanded you?” (2 Samuel 13:28)

“Fear not; I will help thee.” (Isaiah 41:13)

“Fear not: for I have redeemed thee” (Isaiah 43:1)

“Fear not: believe only” (Luke 8:50)

“Fear not; I am the first and the last:” (Revelation 1:17)

And these are just a FEW of the many more verses in the Bible that tell us to stop being afraid, because our God is all powerful enough to take us through anything and everything!

Do you believe that God is the Creator of the universe and all that we see? Do you believe this same God is all powerful? Do you believe that God doesn’t lie? Do you believe that the God that sacrificed His own Son for YOUR sake has enough mercy and love to help you through a hard situation?

If your answers to the previous questions were “yes”, then why do you fear? Why do you worry? Worry is a manifestation of your heart’s fear. Stop worrying about your worldly life.

If a little child cannot trust his father enough to jump into his hands from a high tree, think of how disappointed that father would be? God is our Father. Let us learn to trust Him.

Let us learn to worry more about our spiritual relationship with God. Let us worry about carrying out our duties as citizens of the Kingdom of God by spreading the word.

God bless you all, and may us all find the courage and faith to boldly walk through life’s hardships knowing that God is by our side.

How much longer before Jesus Christ comes back?

Greetings dear readers, I feel privileged to be writing to you this glorious morning!

I know I haven’t been keeping up with my blog as much as I should have but I’ll keep trying my best moving forward!

This morning I feel like many Christians around the world are starting to get tired of waiting. And by that I mean that so many Christians are just not even looking to the skies anymore. Everyone is starting to forget the promise of our Lord that He would return soon to take us up! And I can understand the reason for this as well.

“Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.

(Luke 21:10-12)

This chapter and verse is where Jesus gives us a short glimpse of what the state of the world will be like when the time will be close for His return. But the sad truth is that we have seen these signs in small amounts here and there so much that we Christians are starting to lose faith in the Word of God. Even if you don’t want to admit to it, somewhere deep inside your heart you may have felt like there’s no point in waiting for His return, am I right? I have too. Sometimes I feel sad.

After all, nations have risen against nations in the past, and “kingdom against kingdom”. We have gone through two brutal world wars. Many holocausts have occurred in the past. Christians around the world have been persecuted and been delivered “up to the synagogues and into prisons”, just like the Lord said they would. We have had bouts of earthquakes before, and we continue to do so. And when some Christians see all these things and see that Jesus has yet not returned, their fire starts to dim down and they start to go about their lives expecting to only die one day and then enter heaven, no longer expecting Jesus to come back.

I understand if you are reading this and you too are a person who wants to have hope for His return but finds no reason to have that hope. I am here to tell you two things this morning:

Well first of all, Jesus Christ did say that:

“So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.” (Luke 21:31)

We must also remember that when we’re trying to compare the time that passes by on earth to that of the divine realm of God, our lives and the time that goes by on this planet is immensely shorter.

“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:8-9)

What seems like a thousand years to us is merely only a single day in the eyes of God!!! So actually, to God, it has only barely been two days since Jesus left us!

Now to the main point, anyone who has been paying close attention to the news around the world, the weather and drastic climate changes, knows that the past two years have been quite bizarre.

We’ve been having more earthquakes than ever before, hundreds happening in single days, we’ve had the most bizarre weather and most records of highest and lowest temperatures or snowfall or drought have been broken the past couple of years.

I will go more into detail about these events in the coming articles, but for now, keep this in mind: the Lord is coming, and His coming is imminent! And this will not be like the times before. I am very positive that He will come soon, although none of us can know exactly when, but He will be here anytime and we have to prepare ourselves!

Prepare your family, prepare your friends. Pastors, if any of you are reading this, no matter where you are, please oh please make sure your churches are ready to be taken up in the rapture that is soon to come! NO ONE knows when it will happen, and when it does, it will be quick like the blink of an eye, and there will be no room for the begging of mercy at that point.

So prepare  yourselves and everyone you know as early as possible!!!!

I will write to you again soon! Till then, take care, keep your faith, and may the Almighty Father in Heaven bless you and keep you!!!!

Let GO of YOURSELF

Hi dear readers, I apologize for not being able to post as regularly as I used to but I am trying my best. To all my new followers, thank you for your time and welcome to this blog dedicated to Jesus Christ and the spread of the true Gospel.

I have always pledged to make you think deeper or at least remind you of certain things necessary to improving our lives in the eyes of God. Today I would like to talk to you about your life and how to let go of it. Yes, it’s about time you let go of your whole life.

First of all, let me ask you something: what is the meaning of the word “Christian”? The first use of it was in Antioch:

“And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” (Acts 11:26)

A “Christian” is someone who follows Christ. Jesus Christ is the Master of a Christian, and the person is a disciple, following his master everywhere, learning His teachings, doing what He does and trying every day to grow more to be like his Master.

A true disciple, however, does not leave his master and go his own way when he wants to. Jesus’ disciples were always with Him, and they left all that they were doing when Jesus came to call them. Peter left his fishing net, James and John left their father’s boat. This means they left their old lives just to be with their Master.

THIS is what a true Christian should do. Peter wanted to fish, but Jesus said “I will make you fishers of men”. Jesus Christ had other plans for him.

Time to leave your worldly nets

Time to leave your worldly nets

When you are a Christian, (if you truly wish to establish a relationship with your Lord) you HAVE to let go of your fishing nets sometimes.

You cannot hold on to the nets that you cast into the waters to get yourself food and money. Once you have dedicated your life to Jesus Christ you have to let go of the net that was built to benefit you. You sacrifice your worldly comforts. You give zero value to it.

You instead take up the net Jesus wants you to take up. A net to catch men. A net to catch souls and bring them to the Kingdom of God. THAT IS the purpose in life of a true Christian.

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” (Romans 8:13-14)

We are not born to live after the flesh. Remember, God created us from dirt. Our flesh is dirt. SO the needs of our flesh are temporary, and whatever achievements we made for sandhand1the benefit of our flesh will be worthless in the eyes of God in the end. Money, fame, food, health, happiness, comfort – NONE of these are achievements. These are temporary and will die with you in the grave. But your SPIRIT is what goes on to live for another eternity, and an eternity is quite a long time – it NEVER ENDS!
” if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” Give no value to your bodily needs. This earth is your temporary home, my child. The time you spend here is so short and worthless.

What matters most is what works you will have to show God on the final day when your time is over and the Master asks for your harvest. You do not want to be empty-handed when that day comes.

Nowadays, so many people think that the word “Christian” is a common term for anyone who goes to church. They think being born into a Christian family qualifies you.

Well I am here to tell you that you are NOT a real Christian and have NO RIGHT before the eyes of God to use that term for yourself unless you are willing to sacrifice all you have for His name and for His glory, and you give Jesus Christ full control of your life. Let Him decide what your life should be lived for.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” (John 1:12-13)

Your birth by blood, or flesh or even the will of man does not qualify you. You have to be born of God. You have to let Him control the path of your life in order to fulfill your duties as His child on this earth. If you love Him, it will be completely easy to let go.

People around you will question you and isolate you, but remember this: Jesus suffered a million times more pain for you, so if you love Him, be ready to face everything that comes your way when you decide to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ.

What are you living for?

Dear and beloved readers, today I wish to discuss with you, the details of what you’ll have in the end.

Bear with me. I write about this today because a majority of the world’s people today live for nothing but material things. They place their sights upon wealth, fame, and fortune, they work hard to preserve their health, prestige, and status in society, and they live only for their own welfare and their own family’s welfare. Let’s face it, you have sometimes done the same, right? I have to admit that I’ve done it too. Sometimes it is hard to keep your focus upon the right things, and you accidentally get caught in the flow of life, and you follow what everyone else does.

Well, my dear people of God, let us today reflect upon what kind of a life we have been leading up until yesterday, and see if there is anything we can do about it.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” (1 John 2:15)

What is the “world” here? Did Jesus not teach us to love our neighbors and give and be kind to everyone? Yes. But those are just people of the world. The ‘world’ refers to the earth, our temporary home. We are not to love this world. Life in this world will give you many attractive things to make you love it, like money, lust, fame, etc.

But none of these are from the father. Always keep in mind that the world is under dominion of the devil. Remember when Jesus was tempted by the devil in the wilderness?

“Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.” (Mathew 4: 8-9)

temptation-of-christThe devil offered to give JESUS all the kingdoms of the world! What further proof do we need that our world is currently being run by the devil?

Sure, if you do somehow unexpectedly receive some extra money, be thankful to the Lord for allowing it to you, but do not rejoice in it and aim to make even more and more and more. Money is a devilish item of worship. (This I will explain later) Give it to the poor. Do good with it. Use it for the better, not for your own luxury. No wealthy man will EVER enter the kingdom of heaven; carve this truth into your hearts right now.

If you do love all that this world has to offer, then you do not have the love of the Father in you, no matter how hard you try to think otherwise.

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” (Luke 16:13)

It’s impossible for someone to serve two masters at once. Think of a farmer that tries to do work on the farms of two of his masters. If he constantly tries to switch between farms, neither of them will be well tended for. But if he tries to give some more focus on one farm, the other suffers. In the end no one has any benefit from such a farmer. It’s the same thing with God. Don’t forget that God will spit the lukewarm out of His mouth.

You can either serve God, or serve mammon. Now, about mammon: Mammon, is money. It is greed. It is wealth. It is a deity (god) of riches. I decided to add a picture just to let you 01-mammonknow that yes, if you live for money and are willing to die for money, and if you put money foremost in your life, even giving yourself into the greed and gluttony that comes with it, making it’s accumulation your soul’s priority, then sorry but you’re worshiping money. And guess what, wealth and greed is an ugly demon.

It is a demon that has the power to destroy relationships, to sink one into a state of unending greed, where they can no longer be satisfied by anything, and can take away your peace of mind permanently. Being rich means you have chosen that demon in place of the Father! I’m sorry, but it’s true!! No wonder Jesus said that a rich man shall not enter heaven. How can someone worshiping a demon enter heaven no matter what he does?

And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.” (Mathew 19:24)

Have just enough money for your daily use. Make use of your excess money to help those in need.gold_and_riches_by_frostbitten_angel-d4moghd

Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.” (Mathew 19:21)

You can never love both God and the devil. Again and again and again, I say to you, the riches of this world belong to the devil. DO NOT worship the devil.

A person who has his eyes upon the riches of this world do not have to care for what’s up in heaven. I mean if you’re living with more than you can ever wish for, then why on earth would a heaven where you cannot take your riches with you ever seem appealing to you?

The devil will take you to the top of some of the highest mountains. It has happened to me before! DO NOT give in to the luring call of this devilish world!! Once in, it’s really hard for you to escape the spiral of greed and selfishness the world puts you in.

crown

We are royal beings, you and me. We are children of the King of Kings. The temporary pleasures and fame and wealth of this world mean NOTHING to us. Find that royalty in your heart, my friend.

Let us take the money we have and help those that absolutely need it! Let us remove wealth and fame from our lives as priorities.

Our priorities should not be materialistic ones. Our priorities are divine!!!!! Live your lives for the living God that never changes.

What if the rapture happens TODAY?

Greetings dear readers. As I said in my earlier post, I believe there is a deeper meaning to why Jesus said that we must turn and become like these little children in order to enter heaven.

In John chapter 3, verse 3:

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”

In order to see the kingdom of God, you must be born again. Being born again, not by flesh, but by SPIRIT. In the same chapter, verse 5-7, Jesus explains it:

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Could Jesus have been making a connection to this requirement to enter heaven when He said that we must become like the little children? To tell us that we must become born again, meaning we must leave our earthly lives by being baptized in the water as well as in the Spirit? I believe so.  Being born again means we no longer are our older selves. When we are baptized, our immersion into the water signifies our death with Jesus Christ, and the act of bringing us back out of the water signifies our resurrection with Christ into new life: ETERNAL life:

4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
(Romans chapter 6, verse 4)

We are becoming new lives, my friends, like little children!

So only those who are born again are walking with Christ into new life. Only those people will be allowed entrance into the gates of heaven.

Therefore I would strongly suggest you consider being born again if you haven’t already. Why?

Because you really don’t have a lot of time left, my dear friends. I know for a fact that there are some people out there who want to believe and be born again, but they feel no need to do so immediately. They think they have time to make a decision. Well today, I’m here to tell you, my dear friends, that you DO NOT have time to make a decision.

The earth is changing at a fast pace, preparing itself for the end times written of in the Bible. The signs and wonders that the Bible foretold would happen right before the coming of Christ are happening EVERYWHERE! Open your eyes, people!

See the truth! Do not let yourselves be deceived by false promises of happiness and lasting wealth and bliss. The bliss offered by this world is not everlasting, and will die away when the time comes for the King of Kings to return, and that time is not far away anymore like we used to think!

Read Luke Chapter 21, verse 7 onwards:

7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

One of the signs of the coming end times is that many people will rise calling themselves Christ. Now we tend to think of just people who think they are Jesus Christ when we read this. But is that the only thing this applies to? Let’s see: if you look at the old English meaning of Christ, it was derived from the Greek word “christos” which literally means  “anointed”. Click here to view the link.

So any person who calls themselves the anointed person from god, or in other words, people who call themselves “gods” in order to lead people could be deceiving you. Many such people will rise everywhere around the world, and will do everything in their power to change people’s minds and make them turn away from the living God. Many will actually believe that these people are from God and will blindly follow them.

We must guard ourselves from this, my friends. There’s a difference between when people say they are the servants of God and perform miracles in the name of Christ, and when people say they are the appointed gods on earth. Be careful, there are deceivers everywhere. You can definitely tell if it is a man of God from whether or not he follows the commandments of God and maintains a righteous life, and does miracles in the name of Jesus Christ, and preaches the message of repentance and salvation.

Even some people who do these things in the name of Christ could be deceiving you, because Christ said many will come “in my name”. The devil is good at imitating the miracles of God and making people think it is the real thing. This should bring to your minds how we read of Moses’ time when the magicians of pharaoh cast down their rods just like Aaron did, and they turned to serpents just like Aaron’s rod did.

I am telling you this to warn you of two things: One, the coming of the living Son of God is near. It is imminent. I will take you deeper into this matter in my next post. Two, there will be many, MANY people out there seeking to deceive you with false promises and miracles performed from the power of the devil. Beware of them, and keep yourselves in constant contact with God. Pray to Him constantly, asking Him for guidance when you do not know what to do.

If you are not yet saved, I tell you once again, there is little time left. This might be your chance to repent and finally come to the living God. Jesus died on the cross for you and me and everyone on this planet. Take advantage of the sacrifice that God did for you, and become a child of God so that you too may enter heaven when the time comes, instead of having to go through the roughest times here on earth.
